      Most employees are driven by customer service and desire to see Dobson flourish. Unfortunately, the engineering department, vital to our continued growth, wastes time, resources and refuses unilateral support to other departments. The result is less than superior service.

      -Basic health plan is paid for you if you don’t go with a paid option. -Depending on the dept, gear is provided.

      -I can’t speak for management in other depts, but the dept I was in wasn’t good. Extremely out of touch with what was going on in the dept or wasn’t being told what was going by the 2 supervisors. -Over worked and grossly under paid.
