There are no pros. Creativity is suffocated and the company speaks of as a family but they do not treat people like a family. Very elitist atmosphere.

Upper management can not manage. Disorganized outfit except the accounting dept. creativity is suffocated and no no innovative ideas come from anywhere in the company.
