fast-paced but mostly self-paced which is a good thing if you are disciplined

The engineering team here is really good and very skilled. There's opportunity to work on exciting projects and learn new skills as an engineer. Working in healthcare can be slow sometimes, but the work is very rewarding. Made some great friends and worked on some really interesting tools/projects. Working from home has been great as the company has helped from the start.

Working in healthcare comes with extra precautions and strings attached like security and domain knowledge. It can be picked up at doc.ai but needs that extra bit of will to persevere in health tech. Previously the office space was smaller than the company size since doc.ai grew at great speed and it was a bit difficult, but since we're working at home, it's not an issue anymore.
