+very challenging and exciting process, I could learn a lot +during the interview the recruitment team focus mainly on cultural fit and entrepreneurship (and for example not only on years of experience) +recruitment team was very responsive and flexible +the process was automated (I could find a suitable interview date in shared calendar and schedule it myself)
