The way Docplanner leaders and managers treated people (with HR help) is unbelievable... -changing feedback year after feedback session and lying that I'm in a recovery period is completely new experience for me. -leader "forget" to inform me that we are in "recovery plan" with plan during half a year (without plan until last day of work). When I asked about reason, my access to feedback documents was blocked and changed. Quite ineptly (or in a hurry), because only a few bad words were added to the positive feedback and the rest of the positives that didn't fit the narrative remained. Why? Unfortunately my leader don't have time to say why 🤷♀️
