I've been at DocSend for over a year and I stay here because of how much the leadership team goes above and beyond for both myself and for the people around me. Every manager has office hours, which means our leadership team is extremely accessible, and I can literally walk to a C-level's desk and ask a question. It's pretty great. I was handed a lot of responsibility right out the gate and have been able to handle it due to the resources and people available at all times. The culture here is fantastic too. I'm genuinely surprised that someone called us "awkward" because we hang out at lunch on a daily basis, play card and board games together, go to bars together. There's a lot of effort to increase diversity, and to be as inclusive as possible on a number of fronts. We're continually improving and it's really awesome to see that. Also the business is doing very well and is very stable. There have definitely been struggles with some verticals as we grow, but the ARR number continually climbs faster and faster.

I think a few teams have struggled in the past as we figure out how to optimize their performance, and my guess is that takes itself out on moral. I really don't know, this is all conjecture. In my experience, when I've had a quarter that I didn't hit my goals, I've shown proven work and effort and have been wholeheartedly supported through that, so it's certainly not something I've experienced. An honest con is that our snacks are a little limited in the kitchen.
