Vantaggi
I've been at Doccla for over 3 years, and this is what I have truly enjoyed: - Our mission and how everyone at Doccla is so committed to making the right decisions with the patients care in mind. This is what guides us day in, day out. Makes all the hard work worth it. - The variety of the challenges and projects we get to work on. Especially in the Operations team, where we value new ideas and initiatives, sky is the limit when it comes to what you can try and achieve. For any leader keen to grow and learn, this is a perfect environment. - Incredible support from the Chief Business Operations Officer - I have felt valued every step of the way, and that helped me achieve anything I was hoping to. It's amazing to thrive under her leadership, and then celebrate successes together. - The company's future is bright - with clear directions and opportunities, there is no doubt Doccla will continue to grow, and no doubt do it at the highest standards. - Career opportunities - especially in Operations, I see a real effort to promote those who work hard, and elevate skills. Doccla prioritise internal movements vs external recruitment. - Work life/balance - whilst it's tempting to work round the clock (there is always something to do!) I have had no issue setting clear boundaries and logging out to enjoy my evenings and weekends. Whilst my role is hybrid, I can also decide when to work from home and when to come to the office, and making those days count.

We have had all the usual growing pains a successful start up will have - exponential growth means needing to be adaptable, always have a couple of plan Bs scenario ready to roll out, and be creative to embrace what's coming. It's been difficult at times to keep up with the growth and having to scale without compromising the quality of the service we offer, but looking back I can say we have always managed to do it well. This was mostly possible thanks to the above: people's dedication, unconditional support from the Operations Leader. It's important for anyone joining Doccla to understand that we do operate like a start up, and rolling up your sleeves is expected, we all do it together, and we make great things happen. There has been a few changes within the People Team and it's nice to see things are settling down again, as perks and benefits need looking into.
