-Inspiring mission and work - I'm not as close to hospital operations as I used to be, but I'm reminded all the time that we're making an impact. The combination of tech and services that we offer is something new, so I find it to be exciting work. -Lots of opportunity - At one point, I think we over hired and it became too difficult to take opportunities and run with them. That is a thing of the past though. There is tons of opportunity and leadership does a great job empowering us to get things done. -Surrounded by smart, passionate people - I think the most important things in a job are being challenged and feeling connected to the people I'm working with. I get both of those things here. I consider many of my co-workers close friends and I'm impressed by the level of work we do on a consistent basis.

The opportunity we're going after is not easy. We're working with large organizations in a regulated industry, so sometimes it can be frustratingly difficult to test, implement, and measure the impact on all the initiatives we want to do. That said, I think we've gotten better and better at identifying the challenges to address and the solutions we test out.
