Of course, we agree, we’ve got something pretty special in the team here and we’ll be sure to protect that as we grow. ‘Bringing positive change to society’ sums up our mission perfectly. We want our people to care about that and to feel that they are all part of something big, so we’re glad that reflects your experience here. There are sure to be frustrations and growing pains along the way but with the right team, growth mindsets and strong leadership, we know we’ll adapt and come out winning! Since your post we’re now comfortably settled in our impressive new offices in Covent Garden and also have an office in Beaconsfield. We’re super proud of this new space and know you all love it too. Hopefully we’ll be getting some photos up on here soon, just to show off a bit! We’ve also been working hard on team communications and building and sharing a robust Product roadmap. Hopefully that’s starting to provide clarity on the journey ahead. There’s more to do on this, so thanks for the honest feedback. Recognition and reward is something that will continue to be a focus and there are some People initiatives in discussion at the moment. More to come internally on this.
