      The team of amazing employees who continuously forgave the terrible management and ownership behavior.

      Ownership was on the verge of abusive. Getting yelled at and insulted was just a part of the everyday environment. Owner, Tommy Dodd would yell at staff regularly. He yelled at staff for not working hard enough and said he wasn’t paying himself as everyone else was getting paid. He ruined the environment and many of the staff were regularly upset and overworked.

      Work life balance is the best I've had in my years of employment. Benefits are good and getting better. My "work family" is an amazing bunch of people. Working at Dodd, I enjoy getting up in the mornings!

      I personally do not have a downside to working here, and I'm being honest! I have worked at places that make you not want to get out of bed in the mornings. Dodd is NOT one of those places.

      New (especially junior-level) employees will probably have the opportunity to learn a lot, add a line to their resume, and even do some good work. It may even be worth it, in the short term.

      Work here long enough and you'll witness truly shocking displays of abuse, manipulation, and unprofessionalism. That's not a bug, it's a feature—because this place runs on fear.
