- Overall I would definitely say Dods is a great employer who has massively improved over the years and its just getting better and better. - Since starting at Dods we was given more benefits yearly and - I was lucky enough to have a great team, not that there is not great teams all around the business however my team was specially outstanding and always by my side when it came to training, learning or taking on new things. - There are strong values within Dods and great teams to be apart of. You are expected to be a leader in your position and innovate which is great for Juniors who want to gain experience and excel. - The most important thing about being at Dods is that you will gain loads of experience and have alot of fun doing so! - Great London office which is based in the Shard.
