      Great clients - more diverse than it seems. Strong leadership team. Open to hearing feedback and ways to improve the agency. Financially quite solvent

      Long tenure can be both good and bad. Some aspects are stuck in the old advertising world but seems to be transitioning out of this.

      I'd highly recommend Doe Anderson. There are a lot of great people to work with and the clients I work with are fantastic too. Lots of great perks like two all-agency "recharge" weeks where the agency shuts down and pays you for the week to rest and recharge. Also 2 weeks of work from anywhere (remotely). This is a company that truly takes care of their employees.

      Advertising work can be crazy at times, but that's the case at every agency. Clients can be a pain, but again, that's the case at every agency.
