IT department is a mess..Mohammed Abid a pakistani CIO is picked from the streets of pakistan...This chap cant speak english to say the least and wonder what made him the CIO...he cant prounounce a word properly and wants to run the entire show by himself insulting people.....Management is turning a blind eye to this person..he has worked there for donkeys years, started as a clerk and guess what he is CIO now, but still acts a clerk...U shud imagine his calibre..Highly biased and truly patriotic pakistani...the IT department is a mini pakistani grocery shop...This guy has filled the departments with pakistanis from all walks of life (bangle shop, cab drivers, pan shop,sewage cleaning centres ) and plays big time politics..No one likes to interact with this cheap guy..Unless CEO Seetharaman overthrows him, he will become the CEO and then Doha bank will be history...
