Very good family balance strong foundation and believes that family does come first. Ed Dogerty is a great person and I really enjoy working for him.

Not much on the negative side. I do however think we need awesome people like you to help strengthen our team and family.

Thanks for your comments, we really appreciate your feedback. Doherty is one of the few that still close on Thanksgiving and Christmas so employees can celebrate with family!

many long time employees. money is good. clientele is a lot of regulars which makes making money easy

Promises of work life balance don’t deliver. Consistently longer than 10 hour shifts. Terrible bonus structure. Not achievable. Lousy support system.
