      Hello! Thank you for letting us know your experiences so far. Yes the late hours are sometimes part of the hospitality field, so thank you for recognizing that, and that is why we have our one weekend off perk!

      Promises of work life balance don’t deliver. Consistently longer than 10 hour shifts. Terrible bonus structure. Not achievable. Lousy support system.
