      By far the best company I have ever worked for and seeing as i plan to continue my employment until retirement will remain the best. Flexible scheduling pto full benefits and 401k most importantly a realist mentality compatible with emergency situations and family orientation as well as generous compensation and bonus structure

      Welcome aboard! Happy to hear that you plan to be with Doherty for years to come. Fact is that many of our employees have been with us 10, 15, 20, 25 and even 30 years!       Promises of work life balance don’t deliver. Consistently longer than 10 hour shifts. Terrible bonus structure. Not achievable. Lousy support system.
