Opportunities for growth and expansion of knowledge are abundant to those willing to put in the work. Direct managers do care about the employee wellbeing and goals. Compensation is on the high end in almost every department for white-collar workers. The time off program is suitable to employee needs but health insurance options could be better.

In a large corporation, it’s easy to feel like a cog at times. Leadership at every level is based in Sweden, direct managers can make day to day decisions but there is a lack of empowerment as most direction must be funneled down. Although Europe is known for its progressiveness and modernity, that mentality has yet to trickle down to the other segments.
