Where to start.... It's a great place to work if you don't have a 4-year degree. The majority of the work force are the "good ol' boys" and very very few female workers. Given that, there is absolutely no diversity, and the company is not open minded. Because of the educational gap the workforce can seem very boring and challenging to work with to a college graduate.
