2yThank you for leaving a review and for the 9 years you have been with Dominion Energy. That is a great achievement and we are lucky to have you supporting our customers in NC. That being said, I am sorry to hear about the "unfair compensation". Our compensation teams works diligently to ensure our pay is competitive. I do know that our customer account leaders having been working to boost the expereince of our customer service teams since they play such an important role in the work we do here at Dominion Energy. I would recommend connecting with your HR Representative if you have suggestions on how we can do this or ways to improve the team?
