Thanks for your feedback! While we can't tell from this review which Doncasters site you're at we can pass your comment about recognition to the team in HR currently considering group-wide reward and recognition schemes.
1st shift is bosses and leads looking to keep their job. While they're not at the top of the hill, they're not at the bottom. Guess who is....Many 1st shift have been there forever and act like it. 2nd gets more work done and is less political and smoother.

You work at Doncasters.... Management is Investor's who know nothing about manufacturing. The managers barely know much about running a manufacturing business.
