Nepotism here is out of control. Insane, long-term employees openly commit Exchange violations with no fear of losing their jobs. Dorman has been reprimanded and financially penalized by the CME several times for violations, and no one gets fired! There are ZERO opportunities for career advancement here. Promises of promotions and raises are made to keep you here, but are never kept. Small-minded, jealous co-workers stab each other in the back to make themselves look good. Several workers are very rude to customers with no accountability. Employees are expected to be good little soldiers and remain in their brainless, menial, low-paying jobs forever with no advancement. I would quit my job at Dorman TODAY if I could afford it. I would never advise anyone to work here or open a trading account here--you will regret it!! I would give Dorman ZERO stars if I could.
