There are no pros I can speak of

No proper training or support whilst learning the job. Management from team leaders upwards will not communicate or feedback performance and are totally incompetent in people management. Bullying and blaming culture rife and total lack of support from management. They are very good at presenting themselves and saying the right things but in reality they lack any empathy or sincerity towards their staff. Culture of call handlers making fun of their customers and nepotism that starts from the top. Worst company I have ever worked for

market is very interesting to analyse

A lot of inconsistency between willing of selling right product for the target and the budget allowed for. The management doesn't really care about employees and is much more leaded by stakeholders opinion
