EVERYTHING is absolutely wrong! This is not a company, it’s a nightmare. Everyone is treated like a slave and subjugated to the owner and his son’s mood swings. They want everyone to be available all the time and use stagiaires as their personal assistants for their every need. They make people work long hours, often for no reason, and play the blame game every time the tiniest thing is not like they commanded. They couldn’t care less about safety and basic wellness of employees.
