Drawbridge is definitely the leader in the cross device space and the growth has been amazing. There's a lot to learn and everyone seems to be very nice and work well together. The company has a very robust platform and is able to keep up with adding features to make it more efficient.

There are things they can improve on like allowing more flexibility to work from home. I know over half the company commutes from all over the bay and it seems like the CEO is not supportive of WFH since she herself doesn't and expects everyone to be in the office. I agree with other reviews that she's not a very friendly person in the office. There doesn't seem to be any company sponsored team building events either to help each team get to know each other better and do something fun outside the office.
