      The hourly staff are incredible. Keeping the place running on weekends and holidays.

      The BHTs and nurses are the only reason this place still operates. They put the needs of the clients first always. For everyone working M-F 9-5, they treat the clients like a payday. HR is a joke. Will not formally address anything. Procedures are circumstantial at best, tons of gray areas. The pay is crap, no holiday pay or time and a half. The same people work every holiday for pennies, doing everyone in the offices jobs whether they are there or not. No raises but will hire people for the same role as employees that have been there and pay them more money.

      Some people were great to work with and helping the clients was very rewarding

      Executive team was a joke and did not want to handle any concerns. Found people to do their work. Relationships between members proved to be an issue and led to favortism and cliques. Didn't feel comfortable voicing any concerns. They worked their people far more hours in a row than is allowed by law and didn't blink an eye about it.
