Starting wage was fair and there are plenty of opportunities for raises(small ones) and lots of overtime potential. Training starts immediately and is complete and fair. Supervisors are very accessible. Good experience for future careers.
Svantaggi
Owners don't like to make improvements to employee areas. Equipment is mostly functional, but not state of the art. Not motivated to attract quality employees, seems like as long as they have bodies, they're happy even if they don't do a good job.
