The work environment is awesome, great co workers and management. Also work schedule is very flexible, which is great if you a lot going on outside of work (student, family responsibilities, second job, etc)

The pay could be a bit more but they do work with you if put the time in.

Very welcoming and enjoyable work environment. On top of the overly fair compensation, management has great incentives in place to keep the team striving for the best daily.

The day keeps you busy, but that's more of a good thing since the day goes by faster and you achieve your goals easier.
