Zero concept of proper project management, very easy for projects to fall behind. Unprofessional and pro-bullying behavior which is not addressed nor frowned upon by HR, who takes part on the bullying and defends management. Favoritism towards senior employees and a lot of pressure for new employees to be at the level of their senior staff. Work hard play hard mind set, management claims to respect work life balance, but the reality is the exact opposite. Management gets complacent. They openly blame their employees for their mistakes, such as missed releases or deadlines which affect profit. This is the root of bullying which at stressful times can occur on a daily basis. Management does not become accountable for their mistakes, instead the blame falls on the employee, which is the one who will take the blame willingly or not. Flat organization, don't expect any significant or relevant career advancement.

Executive leadership, including the CEO, contributed to a workplace culture where employees appeared to operate with a high level of caution. Communication style often felt abrupt and created a stressful environment that negatively impacted psychological safety and day-to-day confidence. My offboarding experience was unclear and inconsistent, particularly regarding severance terms and expectations. The final outcome did not align with what was initially communicated, and the lack of clarity during this process added significant stress during transition. Overall, both leadership style and offboarding practices reflected a low-transparency environment that prospective employees should be aware of.
