Great company - Recensione dipendente - Sales Manager presso Driveway

Very few pros anymore, sadly.

They very unexpectedly laid off half the engineering department last fall on a day when the company's stock price was up nearly 50% from the beginning of the year. So many good people let go. They're now approaching some of those engineers who were let go to return as contractors. In the mean time, they just did another round of general layoffs, but this time the *only* engineer let go was a single, 6-month pregnant woman who'd been with them since Driveway started.

Nice hourly pay, mostly 8:30-5 and some late days 12-9

Horrible management and false promises. No commission but still have sales goals even though they’re leaning more on a call center
