Hard (impossible) to move up internally / very important turnover and no visible reaction from the management / some internal communication issues / lot of strategic changes but not uncommon in a startup / almost no startup advantages: no gym subvention, no Comite d'entreprise, no RTT / low salary compared to similar startups / no generalised equity plan

Passionate, brilliant and dedicated colleagues, remote friendly, flexible hours, great atmosphere, no rush to ship projects but shoot for very good product, diversified team, international team, office in central Paris, offices in multiple European countries, very transparent culture. No politics, you can make mistakes there, no finger pointing but post mortems, recognition, a lot of challenge. You are given responsibilities from day 1 and can submit your ideas easily to any team, you'll always have a thoughtful reply.
