Hard (impossible) to move up internally / very important turnover and no visible reaction from the management / some internal communication issues / lot of strategic changes but not uncommon in a startup / almost no startup advantages: no gym subvention, no Comite d'entreprise, no RTT / low salary compared to similar startups / no generalised equity plan

It is incredible to see how fast things are changing and evolving. Working at Drivy takes you out of your comfort zone. You will keep questioning and improving yourself, but always in a positive work atmosphere. You are given responsibilities from day 1 (no micro-management).
