Admins usually don’t care about you or whatever is happening to you out there in the field Most clients are pretty rude or place all blame on you as a valet even though it isn’t your fault. Company doesn’t really look after its valets Health coverage sucks They take a percentage of your tips and don’t tell until after you find out for yourself They don’t honor your scheduled time (if you’re scheduled to leave at 3 they’ll force a job on you at 2:45 and you’ll end up leaving around 4 or 5). They say you’re suppose to honor your shift time, but they don’t honor it themselves A lot of the time you’re left to deal with issues on your own and all they’ll say is “don’t throw the company under the bus”. If you have to call out for whatever reason they will not allow you to clock in until you speak to HR, which usually takes over a week to get back to you so your missing out on money
