Admins usually don’t care about you or whatever is happening to you out there in the field Most clients are pretty rude or place all blame on you as a valet even though it isn’t your fault. Company doesn’t really look after its valets Health coverage sucks They take a percentage of your tips and don’t tell until after you find out for yourself They don’t honor your scheduled time (if you’re scheduled to leave at 3 they’ll force a job on you at 2:45 and you’ll end up leaving around 4 or 5). They say you’re suppose to honor your shift time, but they don’t honor it themselves A lot of the time you’re left to deal with issues on your own and all they’ll say is “don’t throw the company under the bus”.
