Difficult to Get Promoted: Advancing your career here can be a challenge, as promotions are infrequent and the process lacks transparency. Office Politics at Its Worst: Internal politics often take precedence over merit, which can be frustrating for those who just want to focus on doing great work. Weak Mid-Level Leadership: Many mid-level managers lack strong decision-making skills and fail to provide clear direction, leading to unnecessary roadblocks. Great Product, but Lacks Future Vision: While Dropbox has a solid core product, its long-term strategy feels uncertain, with a lack of innovation that could hinder future growth.
