(they don't silence us with pizza parties) * C Suite is all awesome and accessible (very unlike other companies I've been at)

* Frequent restructuring (nothing too bad) * Team is relatively small and company is growing. It can get a little hectic. Many employees wear several hats, but I know our hiring team is working on that.
