Management plays favorites, they will refuse you to train you and they are beyond disorganized. They have no empathy for the residents they’re supposed to be catering to. Residents will be exposed to literal asbestos and they don’t care. Management doesn’t care about your life and will work you to death. They pride themselves on being around for a long time when really there’s nothing to be proud of when you’re not only neglectful to your residents but your employees as well. A lot less paid holidays than other management companies in the area.
