The new owners do not care at all. There used to be a great culture and amazing managers / HR back when Ali still owned the business. No one to call for help as the area managers have multiple jobs outside of drybar & the owners are not involved. Hours get cut last minute, literally as you’re pulling up to the parking lot for your shift. Upper management has no idea how to run a successful shop instead blamed her incompetence on the assistant managers , shift leads and bartenders. Your first write up basically means you’re getting fired soon, even if you provide doctors notes for any absences. Never any down time you are required to deep clean if you have more than 5 minutes without a client . They will hire any inexperienced stylist and you just have to deal with the upset clients getting their hair fried off. No training provided for any non stylist position you are just supposed to know the entire handbook & policies.
