Office personnel have not seen a pay raise in almost 5 years. People who work in the office absolutely hate coming to work anymore. Management just keeps piling on more work with no recognition for the hard work the employees due. If you are told in your interview that you will receive a 60 and 180 day review, that’s a LIE!! HR avoids all communications when it comes to anything related to pay, other than when they need to “adjust” payroll days again and pull shady “repayment” methods.
