In the more than 5 years I've worked at Dudek, I've been able to explore my interest areas, contribute accordingly, and work on projects that have stretched my abilities in order to grow my skill-set and develop professionally. Hard work and initiative that leads to results is rewarded with more trust and autonomy, allowing you to really take ownership of your career development.
In addition, in my experience, colleagues have been more than willing to lend a hand and collaborate--even and especially when it's crunch time and deadlines loom. There really is the feeling that as employee owners, we're all working together toward a common outcome.
Above all, there's no conniving gossip or bureaucratic micromanagement--just good people who are good at their jobs getting the work done and having fun while doing it.
