I do not have a lot of faith or confidence in the Leadership team Very revenue focused and less focus on product development Dont really get the sense that the Head of people cares about workers, specific benefits most employees liked have been cut down while benefits that are mostly beneficial to a select few are kept ongoing Salary freeze and no commitment to reviews this year
