Management has cut staff in every department. Employees are very overworked and underpaid. Patients get poor, inconsistent care. Many M.D.’s are temporary hires for short periods. No increase in wages only increase is cost of insurance( hope you don’t need to use it) They had cut what little compensation we get for our 401 k’s by one percent. Employees feel devalued and overworked. Management cares only about profit not patients or employees
