      Great company with great history and great products, that everyone believes in. Very traditional work environment, if that's what you're looking for.

      Upper management is out of touch with employees, and the only goal is to push the product. Losing a sense of brand completely. The marketing dept is not where you want to be. Also promote based on family ties and length in the company, not on actual skill.
