Great people to work alongside

Not busy enough on early days of the week

The place itself is lovely and you meet some great people and the products (spec cider) are genuinely fantastic

Poor treatment of staff at all levels from young kids clearing glasses all the way through to management. It's great when you're popular and on their good side but as soon as that changes their default is to sack people and try and bring someone else in. No solid HR department so personal issues are never dealt with or even respected.
