Crew members can receive decent tips, bringing in some extra cash. Good for students, typically has a flexible schedule. For long time employees there appear to be decent benefits, such as 401k matching.

Sometimes not enough employees are scheduled during rush times. In addition you may be scheduled to leave right before a rush, and need to stay later to help with the rush. Corporate will address smaller issues without addressing larger problems. Hourly payment starts at minimum wage, and is not given much room for improvement.
