      You will be held to a higher standard, as well as the higher ups breath down your neck a lot more and some higher ups will not talk to you about what you “did wrong” but will go to your manager who will then tell you.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
