      Easy work to learn and free food and drinks.

      Bad management and crazy rush hours. Will need to work at a fast pace. Can be stressful at times. Some people don't know how to do things there, so it can be frustrating to work with them, especially during rushes.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
