      Good pay, good customer base. Free meals and drinks, benefits but no dental. Bonuses for good performance. Thats about it.

      Too many hours, allot of responsibility, not enough training. Only 2 weeks of vacation which isn't enough considering the hours worked.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
