      Rude customers. Untrained staff. Completely incompetent new hires who are put on the floor their first day and expected to know it all.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
