      first of all you get free lunch during your breaks, lol! , then you get to serve different types of guest, that is you get to meet a lot of people. It also gives you an eye opening on the operations of fast food resturants. The franchisee(s) are also very respectful in their relation to crew members

      what i hate about this job is that the managers are mostly uneducated so they could be nasty and rude to crew members

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
