      There is much to learn so that at times depending on the part you are being trained for, it can be challenging to remember everything. The good side is there is always someone there to help you!

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
